About Us: HelpDesk

The HelpDesk serves as a central resource for faculty, staff, and students when they have computer problems or questions. Many issues can be resolved during a patron's first contact with the HelpDesk staff. More complex issues are routed to the appropriate OIT staff member for resolution.
