About UsNetwork and Computing Support is a department of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at The University of Alabama. We provide front-line assistance for faculty, staff, students, and retirees. Our HelpDesk acts as a call center, and its staff can solve problems or direct them to the appropriate OIT personnel.
